This peanut butter oatmeal bowl is a satisfying under 10-minute healthy breakfast. It's wholesome, packed with nutrients and so delicious!
0.50 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup water or plant based milk
1 pinch salt (Himalayan or sea salt)
1 tbsp chopped nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans, etc)
1 tbsp flaked unsweetened coconut
1.50 tbsp natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
0.25 tsp cinnamon
0.50 banana, sliced
0.50 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp chopped dates
1. Add oats, water (or plant milk), salt, and cinnamon to a saucepan and cook over medium heat until the oats reach your desired thickness.
2. Once oats are cooked, place in a bowl and top with remaining ingredients.
