No-Bake Chocolate Cherry Tart

Ingredients:
Crust:
28 Oreos
80g melted butter
Cherry filling:
210g cherries (after removing seeds)
1 tbsp. Cornflour
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
Chocolate ganache:
170g cream
210g dark chocolate
1 tbsp. Salted Butter
Instructions:
1. Prepare Crust:
- Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan. Chill in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
2. Cherry Filling:
In a bowl mix 2 tbsps. water and 1 tbsp. cornflour. In a pan add pitted cherries, sugar and 2 tbsps. water. Cook for a few minutes until cherries soften. Smash with a spatula. Then add cornflour mixture and let filling cook until cherry mixture thickens. Let it cool. Pour this cooled mixture on cooled crust and let it refrigerate.
3. Chocolate ganache:
-Heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate. Let sit for a few minutes, then stir until smooth. Add butter and mix. Pour over cherry filling.
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set. Top with more cherries. Slice and enjoy!
