Watermelon radish

The flavor of our radishes in one word: unexpected! Despite the name, they don’t taste anything like watermelon nor do these white-skinned radishes are taste spicy like other types. Instead, their mild flavor has hints of sweetness with a bit of pepper. They make an excellent addition to any dish and are great for salads or pickling.
